The pre-saturation is an innovative method for the wetting of cleanroom mops. The “conventional“ wringing in a flat press is not needed here.

This is how it works:

• Step 01: Before beginning the wiping process, the required mop quantity is selected and placed in the specific mop container (container 1).

• Step 02: Now the fluid amount required for this is poured into the scaled fluid container (container 2).

• Step 03: The fresh fluid is distributed over the mops through a dosage sieve. An even wetting of all mops is achieved after just a few minutes.

• Step 04: Now the pre-saturated mops can be individually removed from the mop container (container 1). A specially formed mop carrier simplifies picking up the mops without hand contact.

• Step 05: After the wiping process, the used mops are discarded in the empty fluid container (container 2). Cross-contamination is avoided through the separation of the new and used mops.

Detail: The fluid distributes evenly onto the mops through the holes in the sieve. The mops are wetted after just a few minutes.
