Containing dirt is an increasingly topical issue in the day-to-day management of production flows, especially for goods that have to access internal processing and production departments from outside. Therefore, customers need smart (easy installation and maintenance) that can be customised according to the needs of the production layout. It must be borne in mind that between coarse and wet dirt there are fundamental differences in their treatment, or rather, their containment.

Combined Action

• Coarse, humid or wet, dirt must be contained and absorbed in the shortest possible space at the entrance to a production site from the outside, and the reason for this is that if it is wet (i.e. the forklift wheels are wet) it will carry the dirt several metres into the plant, with all the negative effects of the case: dirt everywhere and also the risk of vehicles and operators slipping. • Fine dirt (dust and fine debris) must be retained within the next few metres, cleaning the wheel of the truck or the operators’ soles WZ or CZ MAT

Therefore, the combined action of the DRY RL mat first and the WZ/CZ mat later, is a simple solution that can be easily adapted to the different layouts of each production site.
