The transit between different production areas, to carry and/or transfer all kinds of items useful for the production cycle, generated a lot of dirt carried by the wheels of carts, pallet jacks, and even the soles of shoes. Fortunately, two tunnels were available where this traffic was concentrated in both directions, and with the washable WZ decontamination mat, it was possible to trap most of the dirt in a defined space. Subsequent cleaning with a scrubber-dryer would then be more targeted, efficient, and effective.
