The customer needed to minimize contamination from dirt and required an “invisible barrier” against fine dust particles, carried both by personnel foot traffic and by the movement of simple hand carts toward critical areas.

The operating conditions involved pedestrian traffic over a raised floor.

After verifying the possibility, if necessary, to carry out interventions beneath the selected area from adjacent zones, the use of the contamination control mat CZ made it possible to create a wide pedestrian walkway, ensuring operational continuity and high standards of cleanliness and fine dust containment.

The washable decontamination mat allows quick and efficient cleaning, either by using a compact scrubber & dryer equipped with disc brushes, or manually with a professional squeegee significantly reducing maintenance time and costs.

At the end of the installation, as the customer still needed to carry out work in the same area, the mat was temporarily protected with packaging cardboard and made ready to be removed at the start of operations.
