Gas Analyzers
The three main instruments for gas analysis are:
- BeamSight: a remote analyzer that allows for flexible, remote monitoring from a safe distance, making it perfect for mobile or fixed installations in wide or hazardous areas. This type of analyzer allows for detecting and measuring gases without direct contact, using technologies like laser tunable diode remotely analyze the chemical composition of an area or source. It is often used in difficult or inaccessible environments.
- BeamStack: is ideal for cross-stack, open-path applications for critical applications requiring low detection limits. This device analyzes gases present between a transmitter and a receiver over a certain distance. It measures the concentration of gases along the open path crossed by a light beam (such as laser tunable diode), useful for environmental or industrial monitoring.
- BeamCell: is ideal for precise, extractive/sampled gas analysis in controlled environments. Parallel flow analyzer: In this case, the gas is channeled through a system of parallel tube, where it flows simultaneously for analysis. This method allows for quick and accurate analysis of various gas samples, comparing different measurement conditions.
These instruments are used in applications such as environmental monitoring, industrial emissions control, and safety in chemical operations.
