The 2149 is a premium tape for circuit board conformal coatings, other circuit board and ESD applications. It has a strong, no stretch, polyester film. The adhesive layer is conductive along the surface; thus static generation is eliminated during unwind from the roll and during removal from the circuit board surface. No adhesive residues remain on circuit boards, plastics, metals, or glass. Sticks to wet surfaces. The ideal choice for various circuit board high tech applications, sealing anti-static bags, and providing static protection across sealed areas. Contains no silicone. Traditional generic Conductive Grid Tape and Anti-static Tapes do generate initial charges when removed from surfaces.
