According to IEC 61340-5-1 a material can be considered
- Elettrostatically SHIELDING if Rs < 10exp2
- Elettrostatically CONDUCTIVE if Rs 10exp2 < Rs < 10exp5
- Elettrostatically DISSIPATIVE if Rs 10exp5 < Rs < 10exp11
- Elettrostatically INSULATIVE if Rs > 10exp11
