This is the case where the management of a manufacturing cosmetic company needed to solve two different problems of contamination control in his layout. First needs was to control and minimize contaminion due to the in and out transit for forlkifts so a long dcontamintion zone was installed where all frkligts wer forced to pass, and a smaller mat was then installed into a tiny corridor fomr changing ou of the towo female and male changin rooms. Second need was to reduce the dirtynesss that operators were bearing unconsciously out from the production area into laboratories, quality control, office and common coffe break areas so a couple of utrathin antibacterial remouvable mat were installed. In the moovie is clearly shown how the mat traps dirty and celan up shoe’s sole when operator is walking on.
