Customer’s desire in this case was to prevent and protect the new ESD resin floor from scratches first and secondly to keep a good static drainage trough a retaiining and celaning action together with the control of dust, powder and dirty brought in f from the warehouse mail by wheel traffic and operators shoes. The “T” style mat’s install ensures the proteciton whatever direction both operatror and trolleys could take once in the E.P.A. zone after the automatic sliding doors The second and more recent intervention involved the operator access area after the ESD footwear test (200×270cm area) and also the rear access for materials and parts to assembly (200×420cm area)

Image numer four shows that, even after 4 years from the first install, the contamination control mat, well maintained, always picks up and retains dust and dirtyness, prompting the customer to install two more mats in different zones.
