Access Protection – Medical Sector In order to implement effective contamination and dirt control at access points and internal passageways between different areas (production, raw materials, packaging), the client has identified specific locations for the installation of washable decontamination mats. The objective is to significantly limit the spread of dirt and dust caused by trolley wheels and operators’ footwear. As shown in the video, during the raw material processing phase, contamination is easily “carried” outward, resulting in unwanted transfer of dirt into cleaner areas. Therefore, a daily scheduled cleaning of the decontamination mats using a standard floor scrubber must be implemented. However, it will no longer be necessary to clean the entire surrounding area daily, which was previously affected by a thin, light, and almost imperceptible layer of powder originating from the processed raw materials.
