Following a rational yet simple separation of the production area (ISO 7) from the raw materials preparation and final packaging zones, the client wanted to protect both access points from contamination carried by wheels and footwear.

The installation of two CZ washable antibacterial decontamination mats proved to be a simple and effective choice, offering easy maintenance and routine cleaning — both manual and, if needed, using a compact scrubber-dryer scrubber & dryer equipped with discs.

Considering the size of the two large production and preparation areas, the 12 square meters covered by the two mats have a minimal visual impact as well as a limited economic investment.
