The customer after restoring the floor by means of resin was looking for an effective system for the protection of access to the critical area for the production of compounds for food (yeast for wine and beer). At the same time the protection should not be a hindrance to the passage of both operators and weights on trolleys. They were then placed “washable decontaminating barriers” both in the access from the warehouse and from the laboratory.

In this way the critical area remains protected and is easier routine maintenance and daily cleaning of the resin floor newly renovated.

Photos show in detail how, with simple steps, we have obtained the invisible barriers arranged to measure the different accesses of different sizes design.

In the video we see how the trolley, going directly in the critical area and passing over the blue decontaminating carpet, releases all the dirt that otherwise would have been carried by the wheels within the critical area.
