The protection of access is crucial for the contamination control to critical areas and clean room. A contamination control zone at warehouse main access and bordering the clean room of about 2×4m, was therefore realized using the WZ contamination control mat

Later, to protect the continuous operator’s flow to the clean room, from different areas, offices, sanitary and warehouse services, a largest area of about 4×5m. was then installed using the WZ contamination control mat . Which ensures a total cross contamination control before the access to the critical area.

To protect against operators who enter directly from outdoor too an entrance DRY MAT of about 5.5m was used to stop and contrlo the dust and heavy dirty residues as well as drying shoes’ soles.

The different needs of contamination control has been fixed as follows:

• Entrance DRY MAT for direct access from outdoor.
• Contamination control mat WZ accees to critical zones close to clean room.
• Ultrathin antibacterial mat LTE zone insides the clean room.
