CASE STUDY: DOORWAY CONTAMINATION CONTROL TO THE PRODUCTION AREA, DAIRY FOOD 653
Dairy manufacturing plant Target was to realize an invisible barrier access to contaminants from an un controlled zone directly to the manufacturing process line area that could cross trough shoes and wheel carts. Main problem was the old flooring realized with klinker that is not indicated for dry adhesive fixing solution, has been necessary to extend the resin finish outside the manufacturing area to the doorway access. Once the floor surface was prepared the fixing infornt of the vertical sliding door has been done safely. Trough the pictures the change of the floor surface is easy to get. This easy to handle invisible barrier offers finally no obstacle to the daily working operations needed to the manufacturing and packing process
The pictures show clearly how strong the action of contamination conrol is offered by the mat: before the mat , over th klinker floor seems to be fine, while the mat is retaing a “lot of dirt” and right after the mat, in the yellow resin area, no trace of firt is visible!
